A motor passenger yacht, the 438 foot M/V Star Pride, grounded on rocks in the Canal de Rancheriain, Panama. An immediate ingress of water was noticed in the vessel's main engine room and upon further investigation, several compartments were flooding and the vessel was progressively listing. All passengers and crew, with the exception of seven persons, were transferred onto a secondary vessel.

Resolve Marine was contracted to remove the vessel and mobilized floating assets, salvage equipment and personnel. Using on board pumps, the vessel was stabilized and temporarily repaired for towage to Freeport, Bahamas.
